Hilliard Bruce Chardonnay

Located on the western border of the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, Hilliard Bruce Vineyard sets the stage for Winemaker Greg Brewer to create this Chardonnay in the most unaltered, skeletal and vulnerable manner possible. Crafted at low temperatures using only small stainless-steel tanks, the vineyards severe ocean winds are a stark contrast to diatom's restrained winemaking style. Lime zest and Asian pear aromas complement the green apple, mint, and white peach flavors giving this wine a full-bodied texture.
